Incredible building with great features and amazing staff! Highly recommend!
Moved in here the same day I saw the place! They helped me with all the paperwork and I was able to get my keys in 2 hours! My apartment needed to be cleaned and Wes took the time to come look at what needed to be cleaned and sent the cleaning staff. The cleaning staff noticed that there was a wooden plank broken in my cabinet and told the maintenance staff who came the next day to fix it. I did not have to do anything! I’m so glad I moved here!
I signed my lease in December to move in on January 24th while it was still being finished. During that wait, Wes, the manager made sure everything was perfect for me. He called weekly with updates, he emailed me with local insurance agents he used. He just made the whole experience of moving not feel like moving at all! He also hired movers to meet me here to help the process go smoothly! I got to move in early on the 19th all thanks to him! I’m so happy I chose Eastside Heights! 17 ft CEILINGS!!!
I don’t actually live there but I’ve had the pleasure of visiting and think it’s an awesome building and of course an amazing location. I own East Ivy Mansion so we are neighbors. We are thrilled to have you in the neighborhood!!
I moved into Eastside Heights on September 30th, and I couldn't be happier with the decision I made to call this beautiful apartment home. The office staff - Wes, Allie, Christopher, et al - pay so much attention to detail, right down to my move-in welcome bag. The property is beautiful, and continues to change as the nearly invisible construction crew makes progress every day. The gym is PHENOMENAL, and the pool is really coming along. I would recommend this apartment to my friends and my family!! ���
