RecommendedEastside heights is a wonderful residence. I actually accidentally went to the wrong apartment for a tour (Eastside instead of Eastland) & completely fell in love. It was definitely meant to be. Deka & Kelley are absolutely amazing property managers. They are always there to communicate/assist with any & all inquiries/requests, I couldn’t be more thankful. I highly recommend Eastside Heights to the public

Transplant from ATL. Loving the Nashville area and a good part of the experience is due to my apartment. I’ve loved neighbors, amenities and the staff. Kelly is super sweet, patient and eager to help if you ever get the opportunity to connect with her. Everyone has dogs (which is a plus to me), the gymS are awesome, the events are always so generous and unique and the place is secure. Worth every penny and I’ve been very pleased.
When we looked at the place, they said a lot of things that end up being not true. Never can get a hold of anyone in the office and the place is going down hill. It’s not kept clean or sanitary. Parking is atrocious, in the gate and outside the gate. They put in a paid parking meter for all visitors or you can park on the road and get your car broken into. Overall the apartments are beautiful and the building and amenities run well. Don’t live by the pool if you’re not used to a dorm type environment, but they are getting it under control. The new manager, Jessica, is AWESOME and the staff overall gets you what you need.
I own my own company called Good Dog Nashville and Eastside Heights is very dog friendly and they always promote my business because they know I am there to help out there residents. Definitely highly recommend Eastside Heights.
Prestigious community that captures living in East Nashville in an artistic way. Stellar amenities. Amazing Office team. I’d live there if I didn’t already live some where else. Keep up the great work!
