I havnt shopped there since 2012...the management sucked and they no longer cared about their staff, only profits.

The staff is incredibly friendly and the food is always fresh. We love their bakery, prepared food, deli, and hot bar. The drinks at their beverage bar are great!

I love shopping here; theres always a great selection of fresh fruits and veggies. I just wanted to especially thank the staff who were working today for their exemplary customer service. I definitely did not time my grocery run well and got caught leaving the store in the middle of the storm. As I was leaving the store dreading the wet walk to my car, I was offered an umbrella escort. My groceries (and myself) stayed dry! Thank you east side co op and your amazing employees for going above and beyond!
It's come to my attention that a long time employee has been unfairly let go. This is absolutely unacceptable and as a member owner I need to see this situation addressed and remedied asap. This individual is a hard working single mom and this is not okay.
We’ve been doing most of our grocery shopping here since we moved to Northeast. We love the variety of products and we especially love the staff. I’m usually shopping with my toddler and someone from the staff is always lending a hand. Recently, my daughter wouldn’t let me put her down during checkout, so someone bagged all of my groceries, composted my daughters banana peel, and pushed our cart away for us.
