Recently had cataracts removed and lens implants to fix my vision problems. The entire process was a very good experience and the results amazing!! Dr. Krasnick and his staff exceeded all of my expectations and showed themselves to be top notch professionals. I would highly recommend Eastside Eye Physicians to anyone wanting the very best in eye care, carried out by courteous and knowledgeable professionals. Was told my appointment was at 3. No mention of tests when I made the appointment. Taken back for tests at 3. Went to the desk after 4 to ask how far behind Dr. Krasnick was. Was told my appointment was at 3:40. Go in the room.and told they have a new computer system so had to go through the whole chart process again. Now I sit in the waiting room for dilation to set in. I will be finding another eye doctor after this visit.
Waited an hour with 3 kids just for the “biller” not to know how to handle my insurance. The lady at the front desk was VERY nice. It was when the lady in billing came out arms crossed shaking her head at me telling me I needed my husbands military Id. Nooooo I don’t and can’t just take it from him. This week alone my daughter got bloodwork and had a pediatrician appt with no issues. Went to the hospital and again no issues with our insurance. Horrible Horrible .. I pray the people who’ve been patients for a long time don’t have emergency’s where their vision is getting worse daily .
I have been going there since 1994, have never had an issues. They are very helpful and compassionate. They explain everything in detail. Would not change ophthalmologists.
Dr wolf is a very caring Dr . He took very good care of my husband . The whole staff has a lot of compassion
Loved this office. Staff was very friendly. Dr. Krasnick was great. Very professional.
Staffs aren't trained well and kind. Doctors think they are the best ophthalmologists in the world. They are not. To see a doctor, patients have to wait 2hours. After 2 hours, doctor sees a patient 2 minutes. Doctors takes it granted.
