Every single appointment we ever had was at least two hours!! They must double book appointments.

Kristina, are you aware that every ophthalmic appointment is supposed to last 2-2 1/2 hours? It is certainly not because we double book our appointments! It is that our physicians provide quality and safe ophthalmic healthcare! Additionally, with COVID-19 upon us, we are asked to implement many additional safety standards of care to keep our patients and our staff safe. That also adds time to every patients appointment. Slower than molasses. Appointment time was at 9 and didn’t get out of there until noon.
First of all, Dr. Krasnick is a top-notch ophthalmologist whom I've been seeing for almost 20 years and have only total respect for his examining and surgical skills. HOWEVER, the main complaint is with the unacceptable scheduling system the office employs. We have never, ever been seen anywhere near the time of our scheduled appointment. Have walked out of the office twice, but should have done it many times over due to the deplorable practice of overbooking, inconsiderate and unapologetic schedulers/front office staff to w... read more
Dr. Clune and the staff are amazing!!
I have been here multiple times with my grandmother and have waited over an hour, sometimes closer to two hours past her scheduled appointment. Never an apology from the staff or doctor. If you’re looking for a doctor don’t come here.
Had a great eye exam today! Marissa performed a variety of tests, including the glaucoma check and vision screening. Her expertise was so evident coupled with the fact that she was kind, patient and affirming. Dr. Krasnick, assisted by Carissa, followed with a thorough exam and top notch explanation on the current status of my eye health.
