This office is misleading in their communication. The office staff first told me they accepted my insurance (they do not in network even after confirming and I got billed full amount). Then I received a bill without details AND there is no ability to pay online. Paying over the phone does not feel secure and who has paper checks anymore. I communicated my feedback to the office but was given a lot of excuses by the staff instead of just accepting my feedback and communicating it to the doctor, owner or office manager. Dr Morton is brilliant. He diagnosed and treated my eye condition overnight that caused me unbearable pain for over 10 days. He is very kind and empathetic and explains about the cause and treatment in a very detailed manner. If you have the right insurance, every bit of money spent to get treatment from is worth it. One of the best doctors I have ever met.
Receptionists are extremely rude over the phone.
New patient here! Excellent Dr! Really kind, patient, and professional ophthalmologist. Showed me my 6 years old daughter cut in her eye cornea from a piece of paper. She’s in healing now! Dr. Kenneth accepted us right away for emergency appt. Thank you Dr. Kenneth! Recommend 10/10 for kids and adults!
