Dr. Morton is unusually kind and extremely competent. And he takes precautions over a disease that has killed millions. Follow his protocols and let him be your eye doctor; he is one of the best.
Dr Morton is not only very professional, he knows what he's doing. I had pain, redness and sensitive eyes for 1 month and took several different eye drops and nothing was helping. Now half a day with the eye drops he prescribed to me and it's gone. Completely symptom free. Thank you Dr Morton!
I googled Dr. Morton today to call his office and was very surprised to see a star rating not where it should be and felt compelled to write a review. Dr. Morton is far and away the best eye doctor we have ever had. It is sad anyone would leave a 1 star review due to miscommunication about insurance or some nitpicky thing. This office is misleading in their communication. The office staff first told me they accepted my insurance (they do not in network even after confirming and I got billed full amount). Then I received a bill without details AND there is no ability to pay online. Paying over the phone does not feel secure and who has paper checks anymore. I communicated my feedback to the office but was given a lot of excuses by the staff instead of just accepting my feedback and communicating it to the doctor, owner or office manager. Dr Morton is brilliant. He diagnosed and treated my eye condition overnight that caused me unbearable pain for over 10 days. He is very kind and empathetic and explains about the cause and treatment in a very detailed manner. If you have the right insurance, every bit of money spent to get treatment from is worth it. One of the best doctors I have ever met.
