Took my vehicle in for service, only because I was pressed for time. Went to change the oil myself, and couldn't get the drain plug off. It was torqued onto the oil pan so much, that the head of the plug was rounded over. Took it in, to get it loosened, and the bald associate in glasses, was very rude, and the first words out of his mouth were, "So what do you want me to do about it?" Went today for in and out quickly however my daughter left a ring in the bathroom. Called an hour later and it was already gone:(
I have been going to Eastside Express since they opened and have never had a bad service . They have always checked my car and explained to me what I needed. Anytime I go there I am not pressured into anything. If in doubt about a service I will ask someone and 100 percent of the time I go back to them to have it done because it is needed.
