I have lived in ESB for past 4 years and I only have had great experiences with the staff and leading office. It is a great place to live with amazing amenities.

I’ve lived here for about a month, and have loved it so far. I wanted to downsize from the upkeep associated with homeownership, and it has met my expectations so far. The amenities (gym, lounge spaces, coffee bar) are well appointed, staff are very helpful and friendly, and maintaince crews do quick and solid work. As a business owner, I’ve already found that the space and neighborhood to be conducive to my lifestyle. Great work, ESB!

I lived at Eastside Bond for over three years, and it was an amazing experience! The staff is incredibly kind and friendly. I would regularly walk to the main floor just to catch up with them and hear about their days. The apartments are very nice and spacious, and even though the building is near a train track, it was surprisingly quiet. The facilities were always kept very clean, and the apartments are spacious. Never had any bug issues, nice community, very close to a lot of different store, restaurants, and bus routes.
