I’ve lived here for about a month, and have loved it so far. I wanted to downsize from the upkeep associated with homeownership, and it has met my expectations so far. The amenities (gym, lounge spaces, coffee bar) are well appointed, staff are very helpful and friendly, and maintaince crews do quick and solid work. As a business owner, I’ve already found that the space and neighborhood to be conducive to my lifestyle. Great work, ESB!
I lived at Eastside Bond for over three years, and it was an amazing experience! The staff is incredibly kind and friendly. I would regularly walk to the main floor just to catch up with them and hear about their days. Never had any bug issues, nice community, very close to a lot of different store, restaurants, and bus routes.
Lived here from November 2021- November 2025 while doing my PhD and absolutely I loved living here. It’s clean, all the employees and maintenance are friendly and super helpful, and the amenities are great. I highly recommend it
Had such a great room tour! Sarah was super friendly and helpful. I’ve been here for two days and already love everything about this place!
