Great location, nice staffs, and decent amenities, but there is a persistent cockroach problem since we moved in, and my neighbors are also suffering and continuously reporting. We have discussed this issue with the property manager and scheduled several pest control visits. Angela is caring and patient. We saw some improvement but not at zero sightings. Hoping the ongoing treatment will fully resolve this soon.
The location is great, the staff are friendly, and the facilities are overall fine. However, since moving in, I’ve been dealing with a persistent cockroach issue. Management has arranged several pest control treatments, and while there has been some improvement, the problem hasn’t been fully resolved yet. I hope the ongoing efforts will bring a complete solution, and I will continue to update this review based on progress.
Serious cockroach infestation. Management only puts traps, ignores real solutions, avoids compensation, and replies with useless comforting words. Living here has severely affected my mental health. Paying full rent for such conditions is unacceptable. Really disappointed.
1- It is insanely unsafe. Stay away. There are fire safety violations in every floor. We have tenants in wheelchairs and that need canes to walk. I sent an email to have the issues fixed and instead of helping to make sure no one gets hurt they retaliated against me. Look at pics below. The management company lacks morals and ethics.
