Excellent service and the staff is awesome while prices are fair. I never go anywhere else.
I really appreciated all the time Ken took emailing me to set up my appointment. Also, the time Ryan took explaining things to me when I called prior to my appointment. It was very quick when I checked in and Susanne at Hertz was friendly and told me that the shop pays $10 of the loaner car fee, that is very kind. It was an unexpected touch to get a handwritten thank you card from Ken, including a refund on the unexpected charge for the windshield wiper fluid. I moved from FL to WA. So I needed a local shop to care for my 3 BMWs. I learned from Eastside Bavarian while dropping off a rental at Hertz next door. I did my researched and decided to try this place instead of the local BMW dealer. On my first visit I did a vehicle checkup for my 2011 328i, which is driven by my 23 years old daughter. By far the most honest crew of mechanics I've come across. The guys over at Eastside Bavarian really do go above and beyond to help you get the best service possible. My car had only been serviced at BMW Seattle but after today I'll make the drive to Issaquah from North Seattle it's totally worth it. Big thanks to Ken and Jaime.
Ken and crew have been "the guys" for my specimens of fine German engineering for years. They get the job done for at or under quote, and within the time frame they estimate.
You will never find a more reliable, honest and friendly shop around. I have tried all the BMW stealerships and local shops, these guys are truly the best. The take genuine care for my vehicle and beats paying the dealerships labor rates any day. Thanks for everything!
