I just purchased a Mini and my “normal” oil change guy doesn’t work on them. He promptly handed me Eastside Bavarian’s card. I called the nice gentlemen over there and they got me an appt for 4 days out. I drove over to fill out paperwork to be ready for next week and they said “we had a few cancellations and can fit you in now.” I was astonished! I took my car there all the way from North Kirkland because of a strong recommendation from a local mechanic and boy am I glad I did! I worked with Tony over the phone and they are the epitome of integrity. Not only did they fairly quote me work that I very well knew nothing about, they figured out a way to make some repairs and save me more headache down the future while saving me money on this particular spend! I’ll for sure be back!

Love these guys and how they treat all customers! I'd trust them with my kids, so taking my car there is an easy decision. They are very clear on what the problem is, even what potential issues might come up in the future, what we should keep and eye on etc. They'll not only tell you what the problem is, they'll literally walk back to your car in their shop and show you pictures and in person where the problem is.
