Sandra and Mayra are excellent at answering any questions that one might have. Always so friendly and ready to help. Ive noticed a SIGNIFICANT change on the property with the new management. They strive to have the property looking nice, and for residents to feel proud of their community. Two thumbs way up !
Office people are polite and helpful & very well managed. Yes, it is rough around the property just like any other places. It’s now more quiet.
Lived at EastPoint for almost 3 years. This place had definitely gotten better. No more low life people. Management staff is friendly. The outside of the property is kinda the same just like any other place.
