The staff is friendly and Melissa is such an amazing stylist my fiance have been going to her for past 2 years and always does incredible work.
I just moved to Grand Rapids and needed a new salon so I checked out Eastown today. Melissa was fantastic and did a great job on my hair! She was an excellent consultant and knew exactly what I wanted. Such a friendly staff. I have found my new spot! Thanks Melissa!
Kelly is EXCELLENT w anything to do w hair!!!! She does mine, my fathers, iv seen her do her boys!! Nvr any complaints!!! She's been doin it a long time, very professional & a perfectionist!!!!
