Great price, great staff, great location. Also, super fun place to live! The staff was super helpful and there were monthly resident get together. This place is excellent and in the middle of everything (plaza, uptown, south end, dilworth, South Park). Oh, and the pools are nice too!

I loved living here. You can get whatever kind of vibe you are looking for, quiet in the back, party by the pool. Parking can be a little rough if you come back late, but its close to everything, the amenities are great, always clean and the staff is super friendly and helpful. I was sad to have to leave Eastover.
