I am currently a resident here at Eastover Ridge. It is a well kept community. Friendly neighbors. I love my apartment. The office staff is pleasant, especially Rena who I can depend on for anything. I always see her around the neighborhood, she is so friendly and always has a smile. She was amazingly helpful when I was signing my lease. She mad sure I had everything and that the process was easy. I enjoyed my first summer here in the pool and it was family friendly. I recommend this community!

I couldn't be happier to call Eastover Ridge my home! All of the staff is courteous and super helpful! The other day my dog got out & they knew she was mine so they stayed late in the clubhouse with her until I got home from work. I'm so thankful to have such an amazing property management team taking care of things for me even when it's not part of their job!
This community is awesome! Great location, everything I need is not too far from home. The amenities are helpful, clean and the pool is always a good time. The maintenance staff, office staff and property manager are fabulous. They are caring, fast to respond and friendly. Karen and her team are the real deal. This is a place I'm proud to call home and recommend to anyone that is looking for a place to live.
