I noticed our internet modem was not acting right last night so I called EU and left a message. I got a call back first thing Monday morning and a technician has already come out and replaced the modem. Talk about excellent customer service. Great job Easton Utilities I am so glad I live in Easton!!!
I like the new payment option of adding a checking or savings account. But I still wish we had the option of choosing the payment date. I won't go on with my complaints about the limited on demand and lack of certain stations.
Electric went out at 6:05pm, I called it in at 6:10pm. I call in just to be nosey at 7:30pm (there was a line down on Sharp Rd.) My electric came back on at 8:00pm they called to confirm it was back on at 8:03pm. Thanks a lot guys!
They provide really good internet but had experience with the modems which i was fine because they upgraded my modem for free. the only thing i would say that they need is gigabyte speeds in residential neighborhoods . thanks for the service guys
Most awesome utility company ever!!!! People who haven't had other utility companies have no idea how lucky we have it.
