Our internet almost never goes down and when it has they are on it and fix things! And, their customer service is second to none!! 5 star service all the way!

fix alot of things and have someone in customer service 24 hrs if its an emergency and pay more attention to what they are doing because my cable got cut off and I'm current on my bill
