Their water and electric utilities are reasonable and customer service was good. They do have issues time-to-time. For example, brown tap water (11/2/2017) or a power outage (2/10/2018) every once in a while but nothing out of the ordinary. Internet service....meh. Being subscribed to their best package I did not really notice a difference in my internet speed on any of my devices and I have to pay an extra $5 fee per month to rent their modem. When I called to report a water break at midnight last night a real person answered the phone and sent some poor workers out to check on it In bitterly cold conditions. I’m sorry they had to go out, but am grateful to know it was going to get fixed right away.

If you've ever had another cable service, you know just how bad, and antiquated, Easton's service is. Need help on a Sunday? Forget it. Unlike Comcast and Fios who has 24/7 service, Easton Utilities has limited availability. Want to record 2 shows and watch a 3rd? Not a chance. Want to record a show and watch it in another room? No way. And for this lousy service, with only 2 premium channels, I pay much more than I did for Comcast where I had the ability to record 6 shows at once, watch in any room, voice control remote, an... read more
