The whole building has cockroach infestation. I have a medical phobia towards cockroaches. I told them before signing lease and they didn't tell anything. They asked for 1400$ security deposit(didnt have enough rental history according to them) and 1400$ rent, 300$ non-refundable admin fee, 90$ Background check fees(45$ per person), 110$ utilities. I have lived at Easton Court in Bellevue for 2 years and I really like it here the management is strong, nice and repairs are quick. The floorplan is good size and there is a lot of room. This is a really good place to live and my neighbors are great.
