I absolutely love every one at this office. My son is 6 months old and we have had the best treatment for him. All the doctors, nurses, medical assistants and office staff are welcoming and they really remember you each visit. My son was 1 month old and we came in with a slight fever. Instead of sending us home we went to the hospital for 3 day observation and I couldn't have felt better about it. The staff is great! I'm always treated as my kids come first. Someone is always available to talk to me 24/7 which makes it very easy to get advice when needed. Val and Sue the nurse practitioners are very friendly and Dr. Vempati is the best! My kids love them all. I am very happy with this office and recommend them to everyone!!!
Their new policy to not treat certain children just to get an award (and no doubt money) is absurd. You don't care about the health of children just the money. Sick. Sell outs!
Well, I've always been very happy with this office and the doctors, but they have a new policy I'm not okay with. I've always believed the vaccination schedule is too much at a time for babies, and would always get half and come back a week later to get the other half of my child's vaccines. This office no longer will split up the schedule, it's all or nothing...no exceptions. I could understand noting the charts of people don't return for the rest, then not letting them split it anymore, but blanket policies like this are n... read more
