RecommendedWe love this vet and the compassion and love they show our dogs. We just had to put our beloved chocolate lab, Scout, down, and the grief has been unbearable. We received a very personable, sympathy card in the mail from Dr. Tackett yesterday, and it meant so much. He did such a great job in helping us navigate her later years in life and managing her pain. Letting her go was one of the most painful experiences of my life, but I am so appreciative of the compassion and dignity shown toward Scout and us. Thank you!

We recently had to visit Eastland Companion Hospital due to a very sick dog and our regular veterinarian did not have equipment needed for a test that our Murray needed. Dr Hueschen was so very compassionate. Unfortunately, Murray was too sick to be saved.My husband and I have already decided we will now be going to Eastland Companion with our other dog and any future animals we may have. We were very impressed with the quality and compassion of the staff

Very thankful to Dr. Huschen and the staff at ECAH. I brought my VERY cranky cat in to help with her incessant sneezing problem, and Dr. H was amazing with her. He walked me through the different scenarios and explained what could be causing her issues in clear language I was able to understand. I'm thankful to him for taking the time to help a member of our family, and after months of sneezing, she's finally feeling better! Thanks again!
