Great care for your pets! We love Dr. Tackett! He has taken care of our dog since he was a puppy. In the last few years, he has developed heart problems and become very ill several times. Every time Dr. Tackett went above and beyond to take care of him. He's now 15, and we're so grateful for all the wonderful care he's received through the years from the doctor and his staff. The facility is clean, the staff if friendly and helpful. We highly recommend Eastland Companion Animal Hospital!
Great place to take pets I have had two different dogs that go to Eastland Companion and I felt extremely comfortable taking each of them to the vets at Eastland. They are very friendly, knowledgable and easy to ask questions. The other staff members are great, too!
great pet care The staff here is wonderful, helpful, and friendly. They have very decent pricing, and I have found them to be the best deal in town. It is a new facility, and very clean. I feel confident leaving my pet there, and would completely recommend using this vet. Your pets and your wallet will thank you.
My puppy with hip dysplasia. I was new to the area and didn't have a vet yet. I went to Eastland first because they seemed the least expensive for a spay. I went back in December of 2006 for my german shepherd puppy with the need for her hips to be checked. She was only 8 months old. They treated her great, and gave me all the options with complete description, and reminded me it wasn't anything I did. In January her first of two surgeries went very well. Our niece referred us to Dr McCully a number of years ago, and he has been amazing. I trust him implicitly with our pets’ care, especially as our shepherd ages. He is knowledgeable, caring, compassionate and thorough. I would highly recommend him.
RecommendedEastland Companion is a great vet and these people REALLY care about our animals-all 9 of them. Staff is incredibly well trained, personable, and so caring. We often have some difficult and serious health care issues, life and death, actually, and they are always professional and caring, and honest. We highly recommend Eastland for your fur babies!

We were with Eastland with our two cocker spaniels for close to 15 years. We highly recommend them. From seizures, to crystals in the urine, to incontinence, to an enlarged heart, to blindness, Dr. Tackett always took such special care of our girls. ❤️ The nurses and staff at the front are phenomenal as well! Amazing experience all around.
