Very unprofessional experience today. 3 employees were talking about my daughter up front at the check in area. I was sitting out in the forier and heard their whole conversation. One was basically mocking my daughter. The staff needs a retake on why they decided to work in the health care field.

RecommendedEastlake Urgent care was very thorough checking me out. They did not brush off my concerns. They did several tests and then recommended I go to the ER because there was something going on with my appendix. They were right!!! I had to get my appendix removed and also a burst ovarian cyst removed. If they hadn’t pushed me in that direction, I probably wouldn’t have done to the ER. I’m so thankful for them.
