I have been going here over a year. I am high risk as a cancer patient. When asked to wait in the car an be called in the owner blowed at me in the phone.Sent several bills when insurance covers it for my husband with no explanation or call back from her about the bills. Now all of a sudden they don't take his insurance! If wasn't for Dr I would left Long ago. No need to be rude to customers. Very unprofessional on her behalf as a owner of a business.
I had a positive on a test they were to call a person in at 2pm now pharmacy is called I am so upset with them
My aunt was a patient last week she overheard them complaining about people calling and checking on covid test I assume. My aunt recorded this conversation it would bother me to think they would be mad over something like this these people are obvioulsy worried or they wouldn't be calling. Very unprofessional... I would like to send this recording to the right people to hear. My aunt will not be returning to this clinic. My advice to others get tested somewhere else!!!
To go to when you cant see your regular doctor they are very Professional
