Imagine a cardio Dr. office that causes you stress and frustration every time you call. Took 3 weeks to schedule a stress test after an ER visit where Dr. Kazmika told me to call and schedule one. The order was never entered and his P.A. refused to talk to him to get the order. Eventually after enough complaining there was "magically" an order in the system. Once I had the appointment I was called at 8:39AM, 21 minutes before my appointment, to cancel and reschedule. I was already there.... Their policy states that if I canc... read more
2:30 pm appointment and no parking spaces. Waited 20 minutes for an open one. Looks like employees double park (hopefully patients aren't having to do that but who knows). I'm not parking across the road, running through traffic and face getting towed. This isn't Manhattan. Obviously overbooking in the sake of the almighty $. Receptionists RUDE (I mean RUDE and unprofessional too) and rushing. Doctor personable but very rushed. Still dont have all the info I need after a supposedly most deadly type of heart attack.
