You never get a person on the phone when you call. You are put on hold and then you can leave a message. So you need wait for a call back. So if you miss their call back which is usually the NEXT DAY. Back to calling again and being placed on hold to leave a message. I have also left messages on patient portal but never a response. Terribly run practice. I’m done!
Would not ever recommend! Can never get a hold of office or doctors. Very disappointing.
