Have the versa cut 60 and tig 200 and i couldn't be happier with this equipment.
Don't buy anything from this company!!! I ordered tools that they said were in stock well when I called 7 days later to find out whats going on with the shipping was told its on back ordered. They said I have not been charged but my bank statement shows they charged me. The customer service is horrible treat you like you did something wrong. never again will I order from these crooks just read the reviews they get.
I ordered from Eastwood about a month ago, received half of my order. I haven't received the other half yet. Still waiting to date. The shipping department needs an upgrade, also whom ever runs the shipping department needs an upgrade. Very dissatisfied. Great products, Very poor shipping department.
All my transactions with Eastwood have been great! My versa cut 60 did develop a problem talked with them, got a label sent it back and they sent me a new one. Bought the new mp250i and it runs like a dream! With the 3 year warranty and great customer service I have no worries! Definitely gonna keep coming back!
3 items missing from order then the sales rep says "4-8 business days for remaining items. First and last order ill stick with my jobber.
Has anyone else had problems with orders from Eastwood? I ordered a welder (Order #E2236239 (placed on April 17, 2017 9:33:03 AM EDT)) I got an acknowledgement @09:33. After two weeks, I sent (2) emails because the order was "mixed" status, NOTHING back. I called last week and was promised I would get a call back and NOTHING. Tomorrow will be 3 weeks...
No problems with shipping... Ordered a 135 Mig Welder and accessories; it took less than a week to receive everything... Now to see how well it performs...
