I ordered a can of the Pre Painting Prep and the Rust Encapsulator. I haven't used either yet, but I thought I'd leave some feedback in regards to customer service. Granted, these are smaller products that were able to be shipped through regular mail, but they only took about 4 business days (and Sunday, so 5 days) to make their way to my front door. I'll check in again after I'm done painting to let you all know how that went.
I have really liked every Eastwood product I have used.
I'm an avid user of your fender roller. And I can't stress this enough. Stop using a cotter pin(that is shitty and breaks) to hold the nut. Any remote amount of pressure and it shatters the corner pin and then the nut loosens and strips out. That or use a lot better of a cotter pin. I'm on roller 3 this year. I've been rolling fenders for over 3 years frequently to rule out in experience.
