Customer service is poor. I ordered a welding machine. A couple months go by nothin. Every time I called they said he will be shipped out in a couple days!!! Finally received it work ok for a couple months with lite use. And drive motor went out. Waiting a month know and still haven't received the part from them!!! And guess what they keep telling me in a couple days it will be shipped out!! Wouldn't recommend this to no one. Mig175
I have ordered from Eastwood several times on line and have had no problems. Products arrive as advertised and in good condition. I am using some of the rust treatment products and weld-less body panel repair items. All seems to be of good quality and so far all is working well. So glad I found them as a source for repair help on my old truck.
