Great company with top quality products!
I ordered a mig 135 from Eastwood. Packaging was great, it looked great but there was faulty wiring in the trigger on the torch, so it wouldn't feed wire. Called their customer service July 3rd. They sent a new torch out and let me keep the faulty one for parts. Got my new torch today July 6th. Everything works good. Even fixed the wiring on the faulty torch so now I have a back up if needed. Ordered three different LED worklights that Eastwood had on sale. Placed the order on Monday and received it today, Friday. Pretty quick if you ask me. Lights all seem to work well too.
Ordered some epoxy primer got it dented with the seal broken. Box was perfectly fine.
I use Eastwood products all the time long time since I have catalogs to prove it thank you use for Corporation you rock
I've had nothing but great service and fast delivery from Eastwood. Also love all the products I've purchased. Especially the Contour SCT! That's the greatest thing since sliced bread.
