We called on a Monday morning for our sick kitty. They squeezed us in within an hour. Staff was very attentive and kind to us and our cat. They even went out of their way to send her home with us at night between bouts of IV fluids all day. Dr. Froelich is great. We highly recommend Easthaven in Ann Arbor.

Prompt service, kind and knowledgeable vets. Great with pets and does a good job distracting them for their shots. Accommodated a semi-emergent, last minute appointment. Highly recommend!
Their sister clinic up in South Lyon referred us to Easthaven for our dog's ultrasound. We are equally spoiled here at Easthaven. Now there is a bit of friendly competition between the two locations as to which gives us the best service:). We love them both:). Just so happy that my dog has such great doctors available for his care. Shout out to Dr. Froehlich:)

Clean, kind and did not pressure for unnecessary expenses. It is obvious the genuinely like animals. The keep good treats as well which was nice, my dog won't usually eat them but she likes theirs. Did a very good job on her nails.
Making an appointment is always easy, and we never have to wait once we arrive. All staff members are kind and patient, always answering our questions and making us feel well cared for. This is my first experience with pet care, and I couldn't imagine anything better.
I started with Dr. Kleinschmidt & EastHaven back in 1988. I was always pleased with the care given my various Fur Babies. The regular care, operations, and yes, the final goodbyes. All the care was given knowledgeably & lovingly both to my FB & me. Dr. K. sold the practice in about 2016. New Owners have updated the facilities, added more Vet Techs, etc. The care & loving of their clients & owners is still there. So far so good. My total score is 4 1/2 stars. We are still getting to know each other!

He entrusted his practice to our family, the McCarthy family - my mother Dr. Therese McCarthy has been a vet in the area for over 30 years! EastHaven Animal Hospital is The Best! Every Team Member caters to all of your pets needs, and Your needs. I have used this Veterenarian Office for all of my pets needs for the past 7 years. Their always courteous and kind. They always spend a little extra time to collect whatever information you need to better understand exactly what is occurring with your pet, or pets needs. I love all of them there.
