Held my dog's cancer medication hostage due to incompetency a few years ago. Never went back,
Recommendedeasthaven was over and above in kindness, articulation, thoroughness, transparency, knowledge and care. I will trust them with all my dog's needs! you can tell they treat all patients like family and eased my anxiety! they are the best!!
THEY DO NOT TREAT RATS. They will say that they do and then demonstrate their CLEAR lack of knowledge on the animals husbandry needs among other extremely lacking subjects. All while your animal declines and they do nothing but charge you exorbitant amounts of money for.... no results. As a reputable rat breeder in the area, I recommended all of my adopters to their clinic when they managed to treat me with care for a few minor things in the rattery. Hi Carmen, Francis here, one of the owners. We do treat rats, we love 'em! There are multiple species that our veterinarians are not comfortable seeing or treating and we refer in those cases (reptiles, some birds). All Creatures or Animal Kingdom in Ann Arbor may be other options for rat parents. The veterinarians here are forthcoming when something is not obvious or apparent, and either ask the other in-house veterinarians to consult on atypical cases or refer when care is outside their scope. I took my dog and two cats in today for well visits and vaccinations. It was easy, fast, and the staff was so kind! I am so grateful that I can keep my fur kids healthy during this strange time.
Dr. Chase is wonderful. She is thorough and takes her time, answering every question. The office staff is efficient and caring.
The best vets in Ann Arbor! My dog Dodger has been going there for a little while now and they’ve already had to deal with multiple issues with him and they’ve done amazing each time! They are so sweet to my dog and all of the staff are very kind. They always do what they can to make sure Dodger is safe, happy, and healthy. I couldn’t recommend them enough!
They were so helpful in my time of concern for my babies. During concern of Covid, they carefully cared for them. Im really appreciative of their care.
