RecommendedFrom the minute you open the door and see the clean, newly renovated waiting room, to the super kind, friendly, helpful staff - the first impression is excellent. Once you're led back to a room every measure is taken for you and your pet's comfort. Also, the staff and doc team go out of their way for each and every animal.
We won't be able to say enough good about this place. Pleasant, clean, helpful and affordable!

Only saw the vet tech this time for a vaccination. she was very kind and patient with our rather timid frightened dog. In and out pretty quickly.
It is being redecorated and more cheerful looking as well as having new vets. They seem genuinely concerned about our dog and took my suggestions to heart on our dog's experience as a patient.
The staff, techs and Doctors are very compassionate. They always reach out to make sure your furbaby is doing okay. Prince Huey just had his teeth cleaned❤️
My wife and I commend Dr Pratt and her staff for the wonderful, compassionate care for Nala and us yesterday. Thank you Aubri for getting us scheduled so quickly for surgery and Terry and Therese, you have PHENOMENAL employees at both East Haven and Dandy Acres! They have very kind and compassionate vets and staff, who are very knowledgable, professional, and competent. They have a system of care down, appear to be pretty modern in their operations, and are redoing the look of their space!
