They quick to charge and point fingers but couldn't listen when my ceiling was falling and restroom floor was missing. They took more than 1 month to fix, and when they broke in my apt they didn't even bother to call to let me know had to find out 4 days later and they still had the window broken after 4 days.
No se los recomiendo para nada. Apenas tenemos 3 meses aquí y ya con problemas. El apartamento donde estamos no podemos prender el aire acondicionado por que apesta a pura marihuana ya les hemos marcado aver si nos cambian por que tenemos niñas aquí y para estar así pues no se puede. Aparte tienen preferencia por la gente que trabaja aquí y que viven aquí mismo. I haven't even moved in yet and they won't answer the phone. I have been calling because I just spoke to an associate and was at work and couldn't speak and told her I would call right back, but no one technically answers. I say technically because they answer and hang up. I am moving from Richardson and making the trip down here is an enormous inconvenience just because no one technically answers. Up to this point everything has been wonderful, but not answering the phone during business hours is unacceptable!
