Ive lived here 7 yrs. Im very happy. Ive never had any bug problems. Surroundings are comfortable. We have a wonderful young lady who manages and a hard working young man who keeps this place looking great. Hope Im here for years to come.
Probably the worst place I've ever lived. The complex is infested with roaches, my car got keyed twice, most of the people are druggies, and the common facilities are disgusting. So glad I got out when I did.
I have Managed this place for almost a year now and we have come along way within that year, We do have a great community, it is very family oriented and kid friendly! We have fixed a lot of things and changed some things to make Eastgate a safe place where anyone would want to live. Im proud to be apart of this community and I will continue to do my best to keep it a place where these residents are proud to say that as well :)
Can't say this was the worse place that I lived but also can't say it was the best. Managment is always changing, which sometimes is a good thing. As for the people that live there. You have your good and bad. Its a big community there at Westgate so be prepared to hear alot of gossip. Even those who kept to themselves were talked about.
