It was great while our prior manager(Heather) was here. When things got bad it was resolved quickly. I do understand CoVid and current issues but I just don't understand what is happening lately.

DON'T MOVE HERE. Especially if you're military. There's plenty of other apartment complexes around that are probably better. When things would break (which happened often) I'd have to remind the manager repeatedly before it got fixed. My dishwasher leaked without me even using it for a month before they finally fixed it. The manager is almost never in the office. Management sucks she is never on the property. poor up keep on the grounds. Want to charge Sacramento rates for rent . We are a small town . They find out what the military is getting for housing allowance and charge rent accordingly. The manager is a fat money hungry bitch only worried about her bonuses. The maintenance guy is a drunk tweeker named Casey. It hard to get any thing fixed and when fixed it's done poorly recommend not renting here!!!!!
I lived here almost 10 yrs and we called it home. Weve been through alot of managers who didnt know what they were doing but Heather is so great she strives to give a 100% to our comunity and it has changed alot. Grounds are beauriful and the pool is always clean and ready to go! Laundry had some issues bur theyve since been fixed. Casey is a hard worker and always does his job.
