I used to be a skeptic of chiropractic care but I gave it a try cause I had pain in my lower back (come to find out it was sprained) but Dr. Joe helped make me feel comfortable with the proccess and adjusted me while keeping my mind on a different subject! I've been going about every 2 weekz for the last few months and I feel soooo much better now!
