Worst dealership EVER I'm a single mother and my family car was a total lost in an accident I had So I went to Easterns" where your job is your credit" - SURE..... So I went to the easterns in MANASSAS, the car dealer ONLY had ONE CAR THAT WAS ALL ME!!!! Experience at Easterns!!! I recently purchased a car from the Easterns in Woodbridge. I thought they had great customer service and were very straight forward. They out me in the car not only that I wanted but that I could afford, they did not try and get me to purchase something that I couldn't afford.
Faulse advertisement! My husband and I had received a advertisement in the mail from them including a discount check.They advertise,"Where your job is your credit" Bull! My husband had a great steady job.When we got there we said that we wanted to look at the cars first to see if we were interested and we were told no that we had to fill at the application first and have it processed before we could see the cars.They processed the application (which took an hour)and said that we would have to give them a $1000 down then they... read more
