The customer who gave ETA a poor review must be a competitive shop or somebody who doesn't know what they are talking about. I have been using this shop for over 7 years and referred numerous people there as well. If you want the work performed correctly, on time and on budget go check this place out. If you want cheap, go to the other guys.
I've had several vehicles modified at Eastern over the years and have visited all of the other local shops and keep going back to Eastern every time. They are classy, clean, well organized, and have the best mechanics. There is just not another shop in the area in the same league. You can tell by just walking into the show room. They really stand by the products they sell and do first rate work.
