Brought in a Jeep about two years ago to these guys and had a new lift kit, wheels tires and a winch. The cost was a bit high, but not outrageous Ike some other reviewers wrote. The best part of my experience was the education the sales staff provided. Chad was my salesman and walked me through the process from start to finish. Would not recommend. Seems like this place does most of the 4x4 work in the Virginia Beach area, but customer service and service after the sale is garbage. Dealt with Chad in sales. Not only did he not get me the correct part I asked for, but he picked a more expensive part and already began installation and drilling holes in my grill before I was notified by someone else in installation. Wasn t sure about lifting my new 2016 Silverado , but after stopping into eastern truck and speaking with Chad and the crew there ,decided to have a 6 in lift with custom wheels and tires . Truck looks and rides amazing !!! Thanks guys!! Couldn't be happier with my decision ! Pricey ?? Maybe !! You get what you pay for !!!! Thanks again ! I ll be back !
This place is way overpriced you will be ripped off here. Just look at the reviews I did not buy anything from them and will never go back to them had a horrible experience. Just a warning to all out there you will be taken advantage of especially if you don't know what you are talking about. Shop around ask around and you will understand. O and military friendly yeaaa right all they see is a steady paycheck. Just beware!!!!
THIS PLACE IS GARBAGE. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET RIPPED OFF BY PEOPLE WHO ACT LIKE THEY CARE BUT ALL THEY WANT TO DO IS TAKE YOUR MONEY. I was shopping around at several off road shops and numerous friends recommended ETA so I decided to give them a call. From the moment I talked with a sales associate (Chris), I knew I chose the right shop. Every member of the ETA staff I talked with were very knowledgable and enthusiastic about their work. ETA has one of the best shops in the area. However, the cost for parts or work performed there can be outrageous. You can often times expect to pay 50% more for work there vs. other shops. If cost is no barrier use them. I cant complain about the work at all. However, I dont feel the pricing is always fair even if you do get quality work. It's kind of like paying $200 for the best hammer there is. It's still a $200 hammer.
Was told my truck needed ball joints and a wheel bearing to get the alignment right. MY TRUCK ONLY HAS 12,000 miles on it!! I declined the work and was still charged $90 for an alignment that apparently wasn't right. Their tire price that I paid was outrageous. I got my truck aligned at another shop just fine. High priced rip off.
