Long story short. They weren’t professional and just made me feel unimportant. Wasn’t following up with me and hours late with no phone calls why, just didn’t have confidence in this company to get the job done so I call another company and they were professional and did a great job.
Showed up did half the job. Collected full invoice and I have not seen them since!!!!

Communication is trash! Came by twice after the first visit for a quote. Made an appt. With no time had to call to see when they were coming. Just showed up and said they needed a climber. (You should've known that you needed a climber when you came out the first time.) They rescheduled the following week again with no time. Had to call them again and they just showed up no call saying what time they were coming. Same issue saying they need a climber and wanting to reschedule.
