I had a wonderful experience with the Abhyanga and Svedana Steam Bath combination. The atmosphere is very calming with soft relaxation music and nature sounds in the background. There is no talking during treatment (other then requesting you to turn over) which I found allowed me to get deeply relaxed and not have to worry about holding a conversation. Heidi is wonderful and has magical touch to her massage! I’m The treatment room is cozy and has thoughtfully layout. Heidi also provides lots of tips for self- care after the treatment. I would gladly come back for more!
