I honestly don’t understand how Eastern Tires has a 4.7-star rating. My experience was terrible. I came in with a flat tire and left with the tire still flat, plus a broken passenger-side window. They still charged me $18 for a repair that, in my experience, was not actually completed. I disputed the charge with my credit card company and was able to get my money back. My daughter was on her way to college and she had a real bad tire problem out of the blue,, turned out we were way out of alignment and my daughter had to be at college by 3 o’clock today they got her in last minute. They hooked her up,, they fixed it. They got her back on the road in less than an hour. What an amazing crew and place to do business with.

I'm going to chop this up to bad customer service and not racism. First person in the building. Female comes in. Gets attended to immediately. I'm standing in front of the counter in front of a different employee. No communication to me. White guy walks in. He immediately greets him. I'm standing in front of him. He then looks over me to ask the white can he help him. I look at one of the other employees who is standing near. I look at the floor. I then say, "so you just going to skip me?"
