Late Last year I purchased a set of new tires & an alignment. A few months ago the front tire seemed rippled and I went to them and the employee looked at my tire and stated it was okay just looked as if it was a curb mark. On last week, I noticed wire coming out my tires and I went back to them the owner son asked if I had my tires rotated, and I said yes He stated he needed proof and I called Firestone who have done the rotation & oil change.
