The wait was 2.5 hours. We waited anyway and that staff is wonderful and kind and followed up with a phone call. Every single person was absolutely wonderful!

I just read an article about another Urgent Care in my area and decided to leave a review about this one. The article stated the other Urgent Care didn’t have enough staff to help. They encouraged people to wait in their car but couldn’t control what went on outside. Eastern Shore Urgent Care was very organized and had plenty of staff. They assigned each person a beeper/buzzer and advised everyone to wait in their car. Once the buzzer went off and I was inside the building, everything went by quickly.
