I was seen almost immediately, for an energency appt. Everyone was helpful.
This was my first visit. I was recommended by my father (who is a client) and coming from a small town dentist, I was amazed by how modern the facility and friendly the staff was. I was greeted and walked in right away, offered refreshments and talked through every step (instantly comfortable). All the staff were very friendly and presented nothing less than professionalism. my family and I have been patients of Eastern Shore Dental Care for many years. Wonderful staff, excellent dentists, dental assistants and hygienists. I would highly recommend this practice.
Being fearful of dentists, I am very appreciative of the way Dr. Billings and his staff make the visit very personal and make me feel very comfortable. It is a thorough examination and everything is explained in a way that is easy to understand. It's hard for me to say that a visit to the dentist is enjoyable, but this is about as close as it comes!!!
Best cleaning, best , friendliest staff, best dentist, also has a great sense of humor! I wouldn't go anyplace else! I drive 2 hours and won't change!!!
I have nothing but great words to describe my experience going to Eastern Shore Dental and more specifically, being seen by Dr. Murphy. He is a caring dentist who values his patients and provides the best possible care I have ever been given. His staff is friendly and very welcoming. On an emergency situation, I've been seen the same day I called. I have every confidence and appreciation for the care Dr. Murphy and his staff provide.
The staff is talented and knowledgeable and always very pleasant. I've never had a bad visit and will probably still be going here for the next 50 years.
This was my first time with Dr. Lin, and she was very thorough. The best treatment I have had there. The assistant was great and kept me at ease throughout my visit.
The office staff couldn't have been any nicer. They got me in almost immediately when i called about a broken tooth. Doctor Billing made time for me even though they were already completely booked. Both he and his dental assistant were extremely friendly, professional , and thoroughly explained what they were doing and the resulting effects in the future. Outing!
