My cleaning today was terrific...Anita was gentle yet thorough with great tips. I even had her provide the fluoride treatment to help sensitivity. I hope to always schedule her for my cleanings. Small things like free water and clean, new surrounds are a definite bonus!
I drive from Frederick to ESDC, because the patient care and services are unmatched. My experience is always satisfactory -- Karen Lode was able to help me get setup with a payment plan and an appointment via email, and Anita did a thorough job of explaining every detail about my dental care.
Great friendly people and high quality work
I am a "dental paranoid" adult, due to childhood dental trauma. Although I was a bit tense today, after it was over I realized how careful Dr. Murphy was to make sure I was comfortable throughout every step of the procedure. Plus, his humming helps calm me and I noticed that he thanked his assistant frequently. Now, that's a class act.
The new offices are lovely especially with the photos by Boyden in each room - great Eastern Shore history and well shown with the size and matting of the photographs. It was special seeing Karen, Chris Murphy and Beth again today . . . very kind - thank you.
I saw Jen today for the very first time and she was excellent. She was Very friendly and professional, As was all of your staff.
Everyone at Eastern Shore Dental Care seem friendly. They take the time to get to know their customers. They are professional. I feel welcomed and comfortable. In the past I HATED the dentist because I had bad experiences. Because of that I did not take care of my teeth. Dr. Francis has designed a plan and has explained step by step what she will be doing. Thank you for making dental care a much easier experience.

I went for my 6 month cleaning. Jen G. is the sweetest and most skilled hygienist you could have and we always have nice chats in between. Yesterday, we watched a silent, British cooking show! I got sparkling teeth, no discomfort, and gleaned some baking tips. All part of the extensive renovation. Dr. Francis is a really friendly person with a touch so light, you do not know she has examined your mouth. They have kept mine and my husband's mouths and teeth in great shape for years as long as you remember to floss.
