I have never met anyone at this office who wasn't cheerful or professional. In fact, I would make an appointment just to visit. I detest having my teeth worked on but Drs. Billings, Murphy, and Toth almost make it so I don't mind!
My experience with Eastern Shore Dental is always positive! The staff is very friendly and accommodating! I most times have very little wait time to be taken back for my scheduled appointment. Dr. Murphy is a very friendly, upbeat doctor who is always willing to provide excellent care. I would recommend this practice to anyone who is looking for an excellent Dental practice.
I've been going to shore dental care for about two years now. And I've always had good service and everybody seemed so nice. I went last Monday and had Danielle to clean my teeth. And she was awesome. So polite and she was so happy has well. Just wanted to put in a good word for her for a great job she did.
My cleaning was thorough and gentle and very pleasant, like always!
Was given a same day appointment for an urgent dental issue. Very efficient office staff. Dr. Billings is friendly, professional and takes time to listen.
My husband and I have been satisfied patients of Dr. Murphy ever since we moved to Kent Island 17 years ago. He and his associates have always been available to meet our dental needs in a professional but friendly manner.
We have been going to Eastern Shore Dental Care for about 20 years--wow, I can't believe it's been that long! Being new to the area so many years ago, I was a little leery of a dentist office in a strip mall, but I am so thankful we went! My dental hygienist was very thorough and gave me useful information/feedback to assist me in maintaining a healthy and clean mouth. The entire team was very helpful and professional.
