Very professional and client first service. Tracy and Dr Lin could not have been better personally and professionally. Highly recommend.
As always, I was greeted with a smile from pleasant receptionist and dental hygienist. Dental cleanings are not fun, but Laurie is amazingly good keeping you distracted, but always informing you of each step. She is a jewel. I don't even mind coming in for cleanings anymore. Checkout person was extremely courteous. I am so glad I made the decision to leave my former dentist and start a new and much more pleasant experience with Eastern Shore Dental Care.

I get very nervous about any dental work. Dr. Frances and her assistants are great. I'm as relaxed as can be and they work with me. I had a crown put in and I can't tell any difference. I'm ready to go back in Jan. for more work.

I hadn't been in a while, and was welcomed back and even got to relax because the chair had heat and massage. My treatment plan was clearly outlined. I now have a sense of relief. The new office is amazing!
