Love this practice and also Dr. Francis. The office is beautiful, clean and always professional. Dr Francis is gentle and kind. She filled a cavity for my 7 year old and he never even saw the numbing needle. It was a painless experience and I’m grateful to have such a great dentist.

Went very smoothly
Laurie cleaned my teeth today and she is always a joy. She’s gentle and lets me know what’s going on. I’ve been going to her since I was a kid and I feel like she’s a friend when I come in. She asks about my family and shared about hers. It makes going to the dentist a nice experience. Dr. Murphy checked out my teeth and was quick and thorough. He also asks about family and genuinely listens to you.
Our experience was great! Their new office is beautiful and clean, they never have us waiting long, and all staff is very polite and courteous.

It's true. I used to be so afraid. Now that I've moved and started going to Eastern Shore Dental, I don't have to worry that I will feel any discomfort. I love Dr. Billings -- he does beautiful work and his "chair-side" manner couldn't be better. Everyone I've met (Dr. Billings' assistants, my dental hygienist, and the admin staff) are a pleasure to work with. The new office is beautiful and state-of-the-art. I can't think of one aspect that needs improvement. I have been really impressed and highly recommend them.
