Pete and the people at ERT were all very nice and professional. They had come and installed a new roof for me last week, not only did they do an amazing job, they work with my insurance which was a huge plus! Installation took only a day and they left everything how they found it. Next day Pete come back and did a walk through to make sure everything was good and that i was happy with the work. I would recommend this company to anyone that wants a great professional job done.
Pushy harassing business very unprofessional business matter about insurance checks dont tell them that you have a insurance check even though they're saying that they want to help you that want it all .

I'm sorry to hear that our attempts to follow up on the estimate we provided and the recommendation we made regarding your roof were unwanted. It is our standard to contact our customers within a few days of our initial appointment. If an insurance claim has been filed per our recommendation we try to assist you with that process. In doing so, we contacted you on 4/29 after our initial 4/26 appointment. Then again, on 5/13 and our last and final attempt was on 6/10.
